According to WSOC-TV, former MANOWAR guitarist Karl Logan will make a first court appearance on child p*rn*graphy charges as early as Tuesday.
He was arrested and charged with six counts of third-degree exploitation of a minor. According to arrest warrants, the offenses took place between June 18, 2018 and August 2, 2018.
Logan‘s attorney, Brad Smith, told WSOC-TV his client has been “extremely cooperative with the investigation from the beginning, and he’ll continue to do that.”
Smith went on to say that there could be an explanation for the acts that Logan is accused of committing.
“You oftentimes do see with those that do end up pleading, there’s a direct correlation to something that happened in their childhood,” Smith said.
Following his arrest, Logan was reportedly released on a $35,000 bond
