KISS frontman Paul Stanley shared a recent studio photo on his Instagram and revealed that he’s working for a new project.
Stanley said that they are recording a new Soul Station album which will mix classic old tunes with the new one.
Here is his statement:
“SOUL STATION ALBUM VOCALS yesterday. Classic old tunes and new. This is really AWESOME.”

“With no disrespect intended…There’s no market for a new KISS album but there is for this? ?”
3robert62 shared his opinion:
“No kiss album will never match anything as good as the 70s kiss???♂️”
qfinch85 also commented:
“What a stupid thing to say. Revenge from a writing and talent level destroyed 70s kiss. Hell carnival of souls was more talented than 70s KISS. But if you’re not a musician then I guess your album sales to the popular crowd overshadows logic.”

I prefer 70’s Kiss over anything they’ve done in the 80’s, 90’s or 2000’s …you can be a stellar musician and not be very creative you can be a marginal musician and be tremendously creative and I am a musician so I figured it so…good example is Dream Theatre are stellar musicians but not much on the creative side however the Ramones are marginal musicians but were in incredible on the creative side …I guess what I am trying to say is less is more and the Ramones did more with less while Dream Theatre did less with more
Paul Stanley is the most talented person on the planet he has the most beautiful person I ever did seen his VOICE comes from within his loving heart when you look upon his beautiful eyes u could see how much soul he put into his music career i will always support his every move i know for a fact his parents gave him a special gift from within his heart
What a joke. Yeah, his voice is so good that he’s lip syncing his way through this farewell tour. ?
What ever he does it comes from within his heart i could see so much beauty within his heart and soul especially when he plays his music and doing his beautiful art work
It is disappointing. I like rock music, not soul music. So even as a life long KISS diehard I have little interest in this other than in completing a collection. From a listening point of view… just about no interest. What is most disappointing IS definitely that they have made excuses for not doing new KISS work or rocking solo work, but he finds time for this. He also promised fans a few years ago that he would not go so long before doing a proper solo album and would do one more classic rock like his KISS solo album. Live to Win is now nearly 12 years old, eh. So much for that bs. There is a reason why KISS excites me less and less every year. They still put on a good visual live show, but they have been very disappointing musically in the last 20+ years.
