Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, or “The Apocalypse Riders” as it translates to English, are one of Germany’s best kept secrets. Their ever changing, ever evolving sound has spanned through decades with the release of their original Firestorm demo in 1996 to the release of their new double album Tief Tiefer in 2014 and the Die Apokalyptischen Reiter camp has perfected the art of keeping their loyal Reitermaniacs guessing. Strong music and strong lyrics are the embodiment of the spirit of German metal.
