According to TMZ, a crew member working on the film adaptation of MÖTLEY CRÜE’s biography, “The Dirt – Confessions Of The World’s Most Notorious Rock Band”, was rushed to the hospital after being electrocuted during production.
The incident happened Saturday morning in New Orleans where the film is shooting. The tabloid site reports that the crew member was working on a rooftop when he got shocked.
A video of the victim on a stretcher surrounded by EMTs can be seen at TMZ. Also available at the same location are first photos from “The Dirt” set.
The movie, which is being helmed by “Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa” director Jeff Tremaine, will reportedly star Daniel Webber (“The Punisher”) as frontman Vince Neil, Douglas Booth as bassist Nikki Sixx, Machine Gun Kelly as drummer Tommy Lee, and Iwan Rheon (“Game Of Thrones”) as guitarist Mick Mars. Playing rock and roll legend Ozzy Osbourne in the film will be actor-comedian Tony Cavalero, while Rebekah Graf (“The Amityville Murders”, “Lycan”) has been tapped to play Lee’s ex-wife, actress Heather Locklear.
