Headliner Magazine recently reported on two Orthodox Christian monks performing their own tribute to Iron Maiden’s famous metal ballad “Wasting Love.” The guys’ names are Petar and Teofil and they’re from the Tuman Monastery, located in the eastern part of Serbia.

The duo performed an acoustic cover of the Maiden’s song on the monastery’s property. You can check out the entire cover in the player below.
The Tuman Monastery, built way back in the 14th century, is located in the Snegotin village. The name “Tuman” comes from old East Slavic languages and means “mist” or “fog.” If you’re interested in this particular piece of history you can check out the Wikipedia page here.
