HELL YES!
Last night at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, CA, Metallica frontman James Hetfield made his major public appearance since re-entering rehab back in September to open “Reclaimed Rust: The James Hetfield Collection” exhibition.
The exhibit features 10 of Hetfield’s classic custom cars.
The frontman also took part in a chat and helped auction two of his ESP guitars.
The show opens to the public tomorrow (February 1). In addition to cars, it will also feature guitars and other memorabilia.
Some of the displayed cars include the Voodoo Priest, based on a ’37 Lincoln Zephyr, a ’36 Auburn roadster named Slow Burn, a Delahaye inspired ’34 Packard, a ’36 Ford in bare metal called Iron Fist, a purple ’56 Ford F-100 pickup truck, and Skyscraper, Hetfield’s 1953 Buick Skylark.
