The legendary heavy metal band METALLICA performed its classic song “Nothing Else Matters” with pop star Miley Cyrus on SiriusXM‘s “The Howard Stern Show” yesterday morning (Thursday, September 9).
Fans took to social media & expressed disappointment, saying:
“She’s flat and behind the beat. The band can’t sync with her because she really has no sense of time. There’s no flow in this song and she’s clueless about how to lead and so is the band trying to follow her. They’re playing it hoping she’ll find the groove and praying for it to be over.”
“Pretty bad when Lars sounds the best out of all of them.”
“30 years, 30 years, one of the most known songs in our time, one of the biggest bands of our time, and she couldn’t make the effort to learn the song and has to read it??? She’s basically karaoke, just happens to be that Metallica is the blacking band. And I didn’t even care to watch the video, just by scrolling down. Bet St. Anger sounds better.”
“She can’t sing. So many great female rock/ metal singers and they go for plastic pop.”

What a coincidence Lars doesn’t have timing either.
