David Crosby doesn’t hesitate to openly speak his mind even when it comes to fellow musicians.
David Crosby shared a video on his Twitter page with a video of Iron Maiden during a live performance, calling the band ”noise”:
“It’s so weird to me that you like that noise.”
As a reply back, Testament guitarist Alex Skolnick reacted to Crosby’s comment, saying:
“David, it has to be experienced live. The energy is contagious. Let Vin Downes drag you to one of their shows sometime. You might be surprised!”

He talks a lot of crap for someone whose career amounts to a footnote about Neil Young
David Crosby is ok. But seriously, every single member of Maiden is 10x more talented than him. This only shows a barrow mind.
Really stupid comment by Crosbie but yours shows your age or lack of knowledge about CSNY.
A well known octogenarian considers a heavy metal band “noise”, and it spawns an article. By the way, how many octogenarians have you ever seen at a heavy metal concert anyway ? I hate to tell you what my mom considered noise back in the 1970’s.
