Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen has been interviewed about the G3 tour and mentioned the next album.

Phil talked about the current G3 tour with Joe Satriani/Delta Deep set, how he joined the G3 tour/2017 G4 experience, the Royal Albert Hall show, Digital/streaming news, the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, Delta Deep East Coast Live album, their second album, his live guitar setup, 2018 North American tour, setlist/bigger venues, playing rare songs, the Slang album/what albums he would recommend, self-titled Def Leppard album, the next Def Leppard album and the Tesla studio album he has produced.
Phil said (very briefly) that the band have started their next album which carries on from his and Joe’s recent statements about working on new songs. Although the album would not seem likely to be released until at least 2020.
He also suggested the Tesla album ‘Stereo Animation’ which he has produced would be out in May or June of this year.
Guitarist Frank Hannon announced its title last year during an interview with My Global Mind.
