Former Anthrax and current Armored Saint vocalist John Bush was recently interviewed by Jimmy Kay of The Metal Voice. A few excerpts follow (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET):

On whether he’d consider doing a solo tour in which he performs material from the four albums he recorded with ANTHRAX:
John: “I’ve already talked about possibly doing that,” Bush began. “and it’s something that I’m a little bit more open-minded to doing. It just has to be the right scenario. There has to be enough of an interest; it has to be the right band. I wouldn’t want to go out and do two months of it. Probably, it would be sporadic shows, maybe some festivals. But I am more open-minded to doing it now than I was five years ago, ten years ago. It just has to feel right. It just has to be the right situation. We’ll see.”
When asked whether or not he’s disappointed that Anthrax doesn’t currently play any of those songs live with Joey Belladonna he said”

“I understand — there’s plenty of old songs to play from]Joey‘s tenure in the band. Why play my stuff? I get it. But I wish they would, honestly. I wish they would stick a song or two in there, because it would just be cool. I don’t want those songs to slip into oblivion, or the abyss. It is what it is, and I understand.”
