Michael Barbee, who is the former manager of Greta Van Fleet had a recent interview with Alternative Nation and shared his idea about possible Led Zeppelin line-up change.
Barbee said that Josh Kiszka would really want to be a Led Zeppelin member but it’s not the right time to make such a big move.
Here is what Michael Barbee said:
“Obviously I think the boys have the utmost respect for Led Zeppelin. My guess would be no, he wouldn’t want to do it just because he would nail it.
He’s gonna do a great job, and that’s not gonna help him. I’d like to see the opposite. I’d like to see Jimmy Page come and do a show with them.
Then it doesn’t have to be a Zeppelin thing. I don’t know what point it would prove for Josh to be a guest singer for Zeppelin because then it’s just feeding into the frenzy.”

Hah! You mean the singer/band who swore up and down he wasn’t a Plant Clone, nor were GVF a Led Zep clone???? Great way to keep a now irellevant corporate band in the loop somehow. Create a nice Click Bait article for them. Kudos. No one will remember this kids name 20 years from now. I don’t even remember it after reading the article! Back to playing Guitar Hero fellas! ?
Oh my dude, you are so very wrong. Greta Van fFleet is the next iconic rock band. They’re killing it. I don’t wanna see him join Led Zeppelin he needs to blaze his own trail. His voice is phenomenal, much like Robert Plants but in his way. There’s a whole peaceful army out there cheering The boys on!!!!
He would be great. Actually be awesome for a union of the 2 bands to do a joint show. In a recent interview Page stated that their lead guitarist was beyond him in style and unique style of play(every generation should outplay the previous generation) so this would make a great fusion of early and modern rock in the Zeppelin mode.
Josh Kiszka is very much relevant here in 2023. Ive seen them live twice and seeing them again twice more this spring. Their live performances are magical!
