Motley Crue reunion has certainly divided fans as well as musicians.
Some feel the band cheated the fans in the name of the farewell tour and are now coming back to make $$$.
Schmier, the frontman of the legendary German thrash metal band DESTRUCTION has slammed MÖTLEY CRÜE for reuniting after previously completing what it claimed was its final tour.
Schmier took to his social page and said:
“So the next ‘farewell-tour’ band is coming back to fool their poor fans again … I am disgusted by such greed and fraud. If you charge a fortune and do a big drama farewell tour go F*CKING RETIRE FOR REAL!!! But it became a business idea meanwhile to fool the people that pay your rent …sad, sad, sad!”
Schmier then asked his fans and friends:
“What do you think? Are you more happy that your faves continue even if they suck live nowadays? Or do you feel fooled? I am clearly no2 Hahaha!!!”
Legendary rockers Mötley Crüe have entertained us with some of the classic glam rock songs in the last few decades. Having sold 100 million albums worldwide has made them one of the best-selling bands of all time. Fans love the Crue boys and without any doubt, 1989’s Dr. Feelgood is Mötley Crüe’s most popular album which reached number one. Motley Crue boys have also achieved seven platinum or multi-platinum certifications, six Top 20 pop singles, twenty-two Top 40 mainstream rock hits, and nine Top 10 albums on the Billboard 200 chart. Vince Neil is one of the most loved frontmen in the history of rock music.
