Things went haywire recently in Ace Frehley’s world.
According to TMZ, Ace Frehley‘s girlfriend was granted a temporary restraining order against him after an alleged frightening incident at their house.
Rachael Gordon, who claims she has been in a relationship with Ace for 11 years, says:
“Ace returned home from a business trip unannounced and barged in with a male and a female bodyguard, along with his daughter, Monique”.
He allegedly refused to talk to Gordon as he went into his office to collect his guitars and gold records.
Further, the female guard threatened her with physical violence and Monique screamed at her, “You are a sk*nk. My family will kill you.”
Gordon claims the incident left her “in shock, afraid, filled with anxiety” and “paralyzed with fear.”
In his own legal documents, Frehley claims the accusations against him are “unfounded, false, and baseless” and he’s requesting to introduce the testimonies of seven witnesses he believes will support dismissing the restraining order.
In her documents, Gordon also claims Ace controls their finances and she is asking for money to cover the rent and deposits on their home, moving expenses, and the costs of their vehicles. She also wants him to cover her legal fees.
Currently, KISS is on its farewell tour which is expected to continue for two more years. The band kicked off the tour on January 31st in Vancouver, Canada and currently features 186 additional dates that run through October 3, 2020, in Fort Worth, United States.
KISS is making a hell lot of money on this tour, which was revealed by Gene Simmons. Simmons hinted the farewell tour would likely gross between $150 million and $200 million, “not counting ancillaries, licensing, merchandise and stuff like that.” Interestingly there have been accusations of band members lip-syncing on this tour. This was observed on their first leg of the tour. Former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach defended the band saying that the band did not lip-sync at the show he attended.
Kiss will perform their final show on July 17, 2021, in New York City with most of the previous members expected to join them on stage.
