During an appearance on The Eddie Trunk Podcast, Poison vocalist Bret Michaels talked about the band’s upcoming tour with Motley Crue, Def Leppard, and Joan Jett.
The trek will mark the return of the Crue, with Jett taking the place of the opening act.

You have the big news going out with Motley and Leppard – you really are excited to be about with these bands and on this tour, it really came through, I know you’re pumped for it.
“I am. And let me say this: not only that but, you know, I kept putting that karma out there to getting it done, I just kept doing it over and over again and it finally came through.
“And everyone – no egos, everyone’s ready to party and put on a good show, and we’re going to make it amazing. It’s going to be an incredible tour.
“Everyone’s fired up, nothing but hits all night long, and you know, Joan Jett’s incredible, and of course, Motley and the Leppard guys are amazing.”
The one thing that jumped out at me immediately was the fact that as far as you and Motley, all original members, which is unheard of with bands with a history like you. And Leppard is basically as original as they can be, that’s crazy when you think about it.
“It’s the real deal, top of our game, and like I said, the amount of hits, the history, and… I mean, that’s legendary.
“These guys are great, you and me are always pushing the live music rock ‘n’ roll dream, we’ve been doing it forever, and we can say we had some legendary parties together.”
