In a new episode of SiriusXM’s “Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk“, Stephen Pearcy mentioned that he will not record a new Ratt album unless it will be with the original line-up.
He said:
“I put the feelers out [a couple of months ago] and addressed the situation, and I’m sticking to what I think would be a great thing.
“It if happens, who knows? It’d be great. But I won’t do another Ratt record — no. Not unless it’s the original guys. No way. There’s no reason. We’ve already tried that. We got close, but no cigar.
“I would love for the guys [to get back together], if everybody can get their foot out of their a**. But it wouldn’t bother me if we didn’t.
“Like I say, I don’t wanna do a record [with anybody but the original guys]. I mean, that’s just a little too personal. Doing live shows is a whole other ballgame.”
That’s going to be hard to do without Robbin Crosby. Him and Stephen Pearcy wrote their very fist single “You think you’re tough” with the original line up… So I think it’s going to be complicated maybe y’all can do a lil tribute to Robbin Crosby if nothing else.. So … Here we go.. What do all y’all think?
