After a long long time, Vince Neil went on stage and performed Motley Crue classics.
MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman lost his voice halfway through the gig.
Here’s what he said to the crowd during Girls, Girls, Girls:
“Hey, guys… I’m sorry, you guys. It’s been a long time playin’. My f*ckin’ voice is gone… Eh… We love you, and we’ll hopefully see you next time, man. Take care.”
After Neil walked off the stage, his backing band continued to play the song, singing along to what appeared to be pre-recorded backing vocals.
Motley Crue fans expressed concerns over his voice expecting him to deliver quality performance after spending more than a year for ‘The Stadium Tour’.
Here’s what the fans reacted to:
“he has to get his act together before next year. This is awful, sad and embarrassing”
“I saw them twice Carnival of Sins and The Final Tour. Vince wasn’t fantastic on either tour but he wasn’t this bad. This concerns me for next year but I have faith the guys will push and persuade him to clean up his act and get into better shape for next year.”
“This might be why they pulled the plug – they did it what, 2 weeks before states announced it was opening back up .”
“The sad thing is that Vince doesn’t care about himself anymore let alone us as fans, if we keep making excuses for him and keep paying to see him he won’t ever change.”
“People gave this man so much of a god complex that he felt comfortable enough to still go on stage like this.”
