Kiss’s Gene Simmons said in an interview that rock is dead in all its ways.
Saying this, singer Dee Snider attacked the bass player, saying his statement about rock being dead is a ”bulls**t”.
Talking to Consequence, Dee said:
“He makes me crazy. I mean, I love him, I love Kiss, but I wish he would just shut the hell up with this. And he doubles down on it.
“This statement of, ‘rock’s dead, there are no rock stars, don’t bother,’ all that s*it, it’s just so self-serving and self-absorbed. It’s selfish.
“It’s, like, ”Cause it’s not doing it my way, it doesn’t have value. It’s not the way it was when I was coming up, so it’s not rock and roll anymore.’ Anyway, that’s bulls**t.”

I’m a tremendous KISS fan and also love TS, but sorry Dee, I’ve been saying this for a long time that once KISS is gone (last concert) Rock and Roll is dead. There is no one out there no one is doing anything new and you will not get air time for this music any longer. New music in general is horrible, no bands and everything is electronic. For now, I think RNR has meet it’s match. Sorry Dee, I have to agree with Gene on this one.
