Iconic singer Ozzy Osbourne won two Grammy awards, one for ”Best rock album” for his latest release “Patient Number 9″, and another for ”Best metal performance”.
In the “Best Rock Album” category, Ozzy’s competition included the following artists and albums:

- Elvis Costello & the Imposters, “The Boy Named If”
- Idles, “Crawler”
- Machine Gun Kelly, “Mainstream Sellout”
- Spoon, “Lucifer on the Sofa”
In “Best Metal Performance”, Ozzy was up against:
- Ghost, “Call Me Little Sunshine”
- Megadeth, “We’ll Be Back”
- Muse, “Kill or Be Killed”
- Turnstile, “Blackout”
