Swedish rock ensemble Ghost is making a triumphant return to Australia in October, marking their grandest appearance in the country to date. The band has unveiled a series of concerts along the east coast, promising an electrifying experience for fans Down Under. The tour kicks off on Tuesday, 3rd October, at Sydney’s renowned Hordern Pavilion.
The following evening, they will grace Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena with their spectacular live performance, before concluding their Australian tour at Brisbane’s Riverstage on Saturday, 7th October. Tickets for these highly anticipated shows will be available for purchase starting Friday, 28th April at 9 am local time. Ghost last visited Australia in 2019, where they took the stage at the Download Festival in Sydney and Melbourne, in addition to a headline performance in Brisbane. Since then, the band has delighted fans with their fifth studio album, “Impera,” released last year.
In the coming month, Ghost will drop a covers EP titled “Phantomime,” featuring their unique renditions of tracks by Genesis, Television, The Stranglers, Iron Maiden, and Tina Turner. This exciting release is scheduled for Thursday, 18th May, and has been teased with their rendition of Genesis’ classic hit, ‘Jesus He Knows Me.’
