Mick Mars recently unveiled his debut solo single ‘Loyal to the Lie’ and spoke to Metal Hammer to warn his fanbase, implying time has a fleeting nature.
Revealing his wish to maximize his creative output, Mars admitted he knows he has a limited time remaining:
“I wanted to do something that was just big and mean. People are going to hear my tone — my sound. I am what I am. Nobody else can do it. And like everyone, I’ve got a limited number of years. So, I’m gonna do all I can to do a lot of stuff.”
He then admitted that he always saw the path ahead of him clearly, with or without the Crüe:
“When it comes to my playing, there’s the Mötley side and the Mars side. Either way, I always have a very clear vision of what I want to do.”

You gotta respect that, given how much pain he’s endured over the years and the crap he’s gone through to maintain a professional image as a true blue musician. Nothing but high respects for this man and his journey with music. Cathleen A Cassidy another fellow musician who’s seen it all. Rock on Mick my best regards in your continued success
