In a recent post on X, Journey’s Neal Schon shared his thoughts on Mick Mars’ comeback following the Mötley Crüe feud in response to a tweet by Mitch Lafon.
Lafon posted a photo of Mars, along with his words on John 5, writing:
“Mick Mars is speaking about John 5 joining Mötley Crüe, ‘He’s been a really good friend of mine for a long time. So I think they’ve made a very, very wise choice with John.’”
Schon left a comment under this tweet and said the following, referring to Mick’s recently released solo single ‘Loyal to the Lie,’:
“Your album sounds killer, bro. Great choice, but you are the swagger.”
A few months ago, John Corabi implied that Mötley Crüe’s ongoing dispute had caused delays for Mick Mars’ new album, ‘The Other Side Of Mars.’ Mars then broke his silence and teased a countdown for the record on X, hinting at a Halloween release with a video that said ‘Counting down 13 days.’
