Kiss played their final concert last night at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
KISS fans who paid a huge price to see their idols for the last time on stage were disappointed with the performance.
Below are some of the comments from the KISS army:
“I’m ashamed to be a KISS FAN TONIGHT. I was at the final show ever at MSG and Kiss showed no real emotion at all. Nothing off script from the usual. Robots.”
“I’m so furious. Not one ounce of real emotion.”
“Bring their families out! Say something from the heart. Absolutely NOTHING. “
“On my way home listening to the whole new Ace Frehley album and feeling thankful that I’m part of this and not that Corporate machine that is KISS. “
“They had to promote their scripted avatar bullsh*t”
“I watched the ppv and was expecting the unexpected…nothing. Gene’s after-show comments made me shake my head”
“I felt the same, Like no goodbye or real thank you from the stage”
The band’s setlist was as follows:

They’re geriatric ffs… they’re after a quick buck and are typical self centered performers from the 70s. Big deal
they canceled their concert in ottawa at last minute been a fan for years sincelike 85 or so have been following and tonnes of memorbilia took my daughter with me to go see them for the first time for her and to be told at the door after flying four hours one way and making arrangements for lodging etc that they just canceled was prob one of the biggeat let downs i had in life and i know they are old now but cmon there was a time when performance was all that mattered and from some of the videos ive been watching im kind of glad they did cancel horrible performance would not have wanted my daughter to see them like this neither would i have wanted this to be the last way i seen them bought some merch i know i shouldnt have but needed something to remember my trip with my daughter sad very sad
Same tired set list. Buh bye.
Yes, it was same setlist from 2019. Paid VIP experience, saw tickets in sale better seats day of show and couldnt even get a golden ticket. They got their last dollar from me. Fan of 1973 – 2002
How did the one fan listen to the whole new ace album that doesn’t get released untill February
What a bunch of BS, plenty of times they said things from the heart to the audience. Maybe you where just not watching or listening. Great concert and emotion from all of them. If you didn’t notice Gene trying to hold back the tears at the end and the broken up speech from Paul when trying to talk about the end of touring then you obviously are on another planet!
yes i too was a bit disappointed, and i have to agree with the above comments,i expected it to be a very special and emotional experience.but it was no different than any of the past shows, and i saw this tour 4 times.oh well.thank you kiss anyway for the last 50 years.you were a very big part of my life.godbless
They (Paul and Gene) really don’t care for the fans, Just $.
Wasted my money
Wow, really? I don’t feel so robbed now when I attended the last Australian show and I left wondering why it just seemed like I watched a show like any other, with the same boring setlist and the same Paul rehearsed script. Hardly even mentioned goodbye or acknowledged this was the end. They had every chance to make it epic but maybe they intentionally left the crowd wanting more because they know they’ll be doing a few shows next year. The Farewell Tour was my proper farewell to KISS. This Vegas act can do whatever they want for all I care.
