Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale was interviewed by 100.3 The X Rocks where she opened up about her experience sharing the stage with Skid Row:
“When you get asked to do those things, like with my Skid Row project that I did with them, you start thinking about like, ‘This is just crazy. This should’ve never happened in my life.’ You know?”
Lzzy Hale stepped in to replace the former Skid Row singer, Erik Grönwall, for the final four shows in May.
The vocalist continued, “To be wanted by all of these respected musicians and these people that their legends precede me… The fact that I’m getting calls and opportunities to do things with these people is just amazing.”
“So yeah, it really blows my mind daily, and busy schedule aside, I’d rather it be that way than me sitting around my house wondering if anyone’s ever gonna care about what I do. So, I think it’s wonderful.”
