The rock scene is about to get loud in paradise.
The official Instagram account of the upcoming festival has confirmed a brand-new, electrifying event—Rock the Tides, brought to life by none other than Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard.
According to the official announcement:
“Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard present Rock the Tides this November 7th, 8th & 9th at all-inclusive resort, Barceló Riviera Maya.”
This three-day rock explosion promises an unforgettable beachside experience packed with head-banging music, sun-drenched vibes, and some of the biggest names in rock.
Speaking exclusively to Rolling Stone, the bands expressed their enthusiasm for the high-energy event:
“Mexico has always been one of the most electric places we’ve played – the energy is just unreal,” they said. “Some of our most unforgettable shows have happened there, and we know this one will be no different. We’re excited to head back, team up with Def Leppard, and throw one hell of a party for everyone making the trip. It’s going to be an epic night.”
But the lineup doesn’t stop there. Rock icon Bret Michaels is also set to join the festivities, alongside other surprise performers who will be revealed closer to the festival dates.
The launch of Rock the Tides marks a powerful new chapter in the long-standing collaboration between Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard—two bands who continue to redefine what it means to rock the stage.
