Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx has revealed an exciting collector’s dream tied to the band’s upcoming Las Vegas residency — and it comes with a golden twist.
Taking to Instagram, Sixx shared that the band is creating exclusive guitar picks for the 10 Vegas shows, including one rare golden pick that could score a fan a personally signed bass guitar.
“We are designing new pics for the 10 shows in Vegas,” Sixx wrote. “Got a couple ideas that’s gonna be fun for the collectors including one golden pick which if you get it, there’s an e-mail address on the back and I’ll sign and send you one of my basses for free.”
Adding a touch of rock ‘n’ roll humor, Sixx compared the contest to the classic movie:
“Think Willy Wonka, but with better hair.”
The golden pick giveaway will be part of Mötley Crüe’s highly anticipated residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, running from September 12 to October 3, 2025. Originally planned for spring, the shows were rescheduled after vocalist Vince Neil underwent a medical procedure earlier this year.
Fans attending the Vegas shows will not only experience an intimate performance from the iconic rock band, but also have the chance to take home one of the most unique pieces of Mötley Crüe memorabilia ever offered.
