Having been a band for over a decade, Redemption released their latest album, ‘The Art Of Loss’ in February, and while they’re not quite as much of a household name as frontman Ray Alder’s other band, Fates Warning, they are certainly making waves for themselves.

Recently, Metal Wani writer Sandra Yeomans had the opportunity to chat with guitarist and founding member Nick van Dyk. They discussed songwriting, famous guest appearances on the new album, the definition of progressive music, and much, much more.
