I guess Adrenaline Mob needs no introduction as the heavy metal super-group has already made quite an impact. Formed by Mike Orlando, Russell Allen and Mike Portnoy in 2011, the band is soon to arrive with its third full-length album in the coming June 2nd entitled ‘We The People’, featuring some changes in the line-up. The drums and bass duties have been handled by Jordan Cannata and David Zablidowsky respectively.
Metal Wani’s Editor In Chief Owais ‘Vitek’ Nabi had a chat with Adrenaline Mob and SYMPHONY X frontman Russell Allen.
He discusses the upcoming ADRENALINE MOB’s new album “We, The People”, new lineup with Jordan on Drums and David on bass, why this record is the rebirth of ADRENALINE MOB, how difficult was it find a replacement for late AJ Pero and how AJ’s virtual presence in the studio inspired the band to write this album.

He also talks about the passing of drummer AJ Pero, why this record is a homage to AJ, maintaining the balance of hard rock and metal, why he puts his heart and soul in every album he’s part of and difference between working with Symphony X as an actor and Adrenaline Mob as a songwriter.
He throws light on how the political climate has effected him as an artist, racism, why Adrenaline Mob is not a political, ‘Anti Trump’ band, current status of SYMPHONY X, why the band has no plans for the future, hints about working with Adrenaline Mob full time, why he doesn’t like to be part of ‘supergroup’ projects and more.
