In a new interview on The Cassius Morris Show, Zakk Wylde talked about the possibility of Ozzy Osbourne touring.
When asked about an update on Ozzy, he said:
“I text him just to make sure he’s doing OK. He’s working out and everything like that, doing everything that doctors tell him to do as far as therapy and everything to get his neck and everything like that better and back on track.
“He wants to get back out and start touring again. The last show we did was going into 2019 New Year’s Eve at The Forum, and we had a blast. I was like, ‘Man, maybe we should do this every year!’
“He was super pumped for that and that’s where it ended. The game plan is obviously to get him back up and running again, so we can go back out and start playing again, doing what he loves.”
When asked, there’s still hope for the ‘No More Tours 2,’, Zakk said:
“Yeah, of course. I said to Oz, ‘Just wait until you’re ready. There’s no sense in rushing it.’ As soon as they announced that Oz is going to be doing some shows, everyone’s going to go to the show.
“I’m just like, ‘Oz, everybody loves you. I don’t think you have anything to worry about. When you’re ready and you feel like you’re ready to get back up on the lifting platform for your bench, your squat, your deadlifts, then we’ll go do what we gotta do.'”
