Since drummer Tommy Lee had four broken ribs, he sat behind the drums for the first three songs of Motley Crue’s show at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida on June 18th.

In the video below, Lee addressed the crowd the following:

“You guys, you’re not gonna f**king believe this s*it. Some of you may know; some of you may not know. For those who don’t know, about, I don’t know, 2, 13 days ago, I broke not one, not two, not three, but four f**king ribs right here [places left hand on his right side]. And I’m f**king, like, ‘Are you f**king kidding me, dude? F*ck!’

”We’ve been waiting way too long for this s*it, man. My f**king heart is broken, along with the ribs. So the doctor goes, ‘Listen, bro. By the way, no f**king playing.’ I’m, like, ‘Dude, there’s no f**king way. We have a tour in a f**king few days. What the f*ck am I gonna do?’ So I’m gonna f**king pop in and out as much as I can. It hurts like a f**king bitch.

”And my boy Tommy up here, he’s gonna f**king help me out here. And I’ll be back out. I’ll see you guys in a minute. But at the f**king time, at this moment, the show must f**king go on, goddamnit.”

Later in the set, Tommy Lee returned on stage performing on piano ”Home Sweet Home”.
