Glenn Hughes wishes that the iconic rock band, Whitesnake, to resume the farewell tour. During an interview with Michele Amabile of the 107.1 The Boss radio station, Hughes expressed his hopes for Whitesnake’s David Coverdale to continue the tour.

He said:

“We spoke about it, but the window of opportunity is closing a lot because David has not, he’s still got a problem with sinusitis.

“Look, I only wanna wish him the very best. I’m not sure if he’s gonna… I hope he continues… I think he’s on the last tour right now, but I still think he’s not ready to go out again. I do speak to him often. I can’t say any more than that.

“I only wanna wish David and all my classmates of Deep Purple only the very, very best.

“I do love David very, very much. He’s one of my closest friends.”
