From being a lead guitarist of one of the most influential thrash metal outfit on earth (Testament) to forming & playing as a jazz player with his very own Alex Skolnick Trio, to being an avid blogger who is never afraid to call spade a spade to being one of the best selling metal authors in a very short time. Alex has done it all. It doesn’t end here. Alex is also a founding member and lead guitarist of all star heavy metal group Metal Allegiance. Metal Allegiance released a self titled debut album in 2015 which was a success.
