Metal Wani’s Editor In Chief Owais ‘Vitek’ Nabi had a chat with WEDNESDAY 13 frontman.
He discusses the upcoming WEDNESDAY 13 album “Condolences” (Read Our Review Here), fan response to released music so far, why the band decided to change the songwriting process with this album, writing songs with different ideas and why the band decided to write the songs in person instead of sharing the files online.
He also talks about working with a new producer Chris Zeuss instead of doing it himself, how Zeuss added new elements to ‘Condolences’, lyrical aspects, his opinion on vocal arrangements and using different effects created by the guitarist Roman Surman.
He throws light on touring North America and Europe this year, status of MURDERDOLLS with Ex-Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison, plans to play some shows and possible new album in the future, how MURDERDOLLS created a dedicated fan-base during the end of Nu-Metal scene and one major misconception metalheads have towards him.
