Several years in the waiting for the anticipated album, the time was growing ever closer to allow for an over indulgence of unadulterated space fantasy. Ziltoid finally made a triumphant return through Devin Townsend, bringing more shenanigans on his quest for the ultimate coffee. Devin Townsend is still on top form, pushing his musical boundaries to the nth degree. ‘Z2’ is a great addition to what was already a success with critics and fans alike. Although Devin has been on a year long hiatus since the release of Z2, he has been charging his batteries and working on some interesting projects. Casualties of Cool is one such project which Devin has been working on from past few years after a successful crowdfunding campaign. Devin released the album to the funders sometime in May 2014 but the album never saw an official release until Inside Out decided to release it this month.
